Is the high gastronomy experience the same as at it was at the former Tanière?

The upcoming Tanière3 offers a whole new adventure as much by the decor as the architecture of the venue. Local producers are put forward to connect with Québec’s history in a more current approach.

Do you offer molecular gastronomy?

No, Tanière3 offers a whole new experience borrowing a creative, unique and evolving vision that disconnects from anything that has already been done. What our customers enjoyed about this cuisine was the original and spectacular side it offered. Tanière3 will surely destabilize you throughout your adventure by the dish presentation, magic surroundings and special attentions.

How many courses are offered?

We offer an immersive experience over several courses, between 15 and 20, according to the season.

Do you offer an "à la carte" menu?

No, we offer a fixed menu that is an evolutionary and thoughtful experience with the task of guiding you with the creative magic of our chef.

Do you offer a menu adapted to customers with food allergies and/or intolerances?

Yes, you are required to indicate it in your reservation.

Is there a dress code?

No, although most customers opt for a casual attire.

What type of experience do you offer?

Chef’s counter cellar: Offering a direct contact with the chef and his team Maximum capacity of 10 people
Dining room cellar: Offering tables for two to six people maximum. Due to the configuration of the cellars, we do not accept groups, as to respect an intimate atmosphere.

What is the average price range to eat?

Prices range from $235 to $275 per person for food. We offer 3 different beverage pairings:
Collection pairing: $200
Experience pairing: $115
Non-alcoholic pairing: $95

Why does the price of the menu vary?

The price varies according to the experience that is chosen, such as the chef’s counter or dining room cellar.

What is your schedule?

We are open from thursday to Saturday from 5h00 pm.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?

Reservations can be made through our website only. However, you can communicate with us directly if you need assistance at the number (418) 872-4386.

How does your reservation system work?

Our reservation schedule is open 3 months ahead for a defined period. We invite you to visit our website under the reservation tab to book yours according to our availability.

You have two possibilities: The Chefs’ Counter or the Cellar. Prices vary according to location in the restaurant, time of year, day of the week and reservation time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are non-refundable, but you can change the date of your reservation. Please notify us as soon as possible if you can’t make it. Communicate with us at (418) 872-4386.

Can I see a menu?

The menu is not disclosed in order to allow the experience to be a surprise.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Due to the building’s architecture from 1686, access for customers with reduced mobility is rather difficult. However, our staff will be happy to help you.

How long does the experience last?

The time assigned for the full experience is approximately three hours.

Does the menu include a vegetarian?

Yes, these options are available but in limited quantity, so it is mandatory to indicate it when making a reservation, such as any other dietary restriction.

Is the experience suitable for children?

We ask for collaboration from the parents. It’s important to be aware that the child must remain seated for a 3-hour period and that the price of the meal is the same for children.

Please note that there is no kids menu available.

Must our reservation be made in advance?

Yes, you can make your reservation directly on our website.

What to do if I am late to my reservation?

It is important to arrive on time to benefit from the full experience. In the event of a delay, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can facilitate your arrival.

Do you offer valet parking?

No. There are public parking lots near the restaurant as well as parking meters on the surrounding streets.
